When I open the app, it only showing one half, so once I submit a file, I can not view or print it again, because the button for viewing and printing is hidden on the bottom.
I experienced Over restricted firewall. What I did is just right click the Icon on your desktop "eBIRForms", then left click the "Run as administrator". Start fill-up again until finish and send it. Hope it works to you as well.
Pardon, but I'm having great trouble with BIR that whenever I click "Final Copy" it gives a warning of
"No internet connection"
"Slow internet connection"
"Overly restrictive Firewall"
Keeps getting the same errors. Slow internet and overly protective firewall. Our internet is working fine and I even turned off the firewall. So what else could be the reason?using version 6.3

The primary concern of ebirform is make easy the filling of return online , but in fact it adds burdense for those who donnot have their own laptop or gadget.
