How to resolve UNDEFINED when trying to file forms online? This has been an ongoing issue since September! Prior to this problem I had no problem using the eBIR app. Anyone else having the same issue?
Tax return was not submitted due to any of the following reasons - slow Internet/overly restrictive firewall, my internet is stable and restarted my firewall. Still doesn't work.
I'm about to submit my 1701Q using Ebirforms version 7.9.2, while the internet connection is stable it can't proceed because the word " overly restrictive firewall" is always pop up on my screen. I tried it many time yet still the same. Can you help to fix this? Thank you!
