How to resolve UNDEFINED when trying to file forms online? This has been an ongoing issue since September! Prior to this problem I had no problem using the eBIR app. Anyone else having the same issue?

Your Tax Returns was not submtted online due to any of the following reasons that may interrupt the submission process;

- Slow internet connection
- Overly restrictive firewall

What is the solution for this.. I have 100Mbps Fiber Connection and I don't have firewall

Go to ebirforms folder, click profile, delete the current registered tin then open the ebirforms app. Register a new one.

Anne, go to local disk C. Then click ebirforms folder, click profile and delete the current TIN. Open the ebirforms app, then create new.

Good day!

I'm about to submit my 1701Q using Ebirforms version 7.9.2, while the internet connection is stable it can't proceed because the word " overly restrictive firewall" is always pop up on my screen. I tried it many time yet still the same. Can you help to fix this? Thank you!

Whenever I click on it, it only shows a loading icon near my cursor for about 2 sec and never opens at all.

My ebirform 7.5 version had an error and all data was shown as "undefined" so I downloaded and installed the new version 7.6.1 and it did fix it, but my problem now is that when I'm printing, only half horizontally show either actual printing or PDF, so I have to manually print screen paste it in another software like Paint and crop until I can finally put up the whole form. So imagine how hassle that is, hope you can fix it asap.

eBIRForms Package 7.6.1

Form was submitted and confirmation email was received but there was an error in the program. Error 8070000c, all fields accepting input show "undefined" values.

Hi, were you able to solve this problem? I am currently experiencing the same, I also received confirmation but then when I opened my previous 2551q, all blanks were filled with "undefined." Please let me know, thank you.

eBIRForms Package 7.6.1,
Hi is there a fix to this? I was able to open it last week but now I am getting "undefined" in all fields.
