The error message you are encountering indicates a problem with the script on the page of the eBIRForms program. It suggests that the necessary data for the operation you are trying to perform is not yet available. To resolve this issue, you can try clearing your browser cache, updating your software, or reaching out to the support team of eBIRForms for further assistance.
Is there a version for the MAC for the E-BIR FORMS?

No, there is no Mac version for eBIRForms. I have checked the official website and downloaded the only package available for installation. Extracted its contents and the only file listed was Offline eBIRForms Package v5.2 setup.exe. As you can see, this is a Windows only application. However, on Mac you can try Wine Bottler. Wine Bottler allows you to run Windows apps in Mac without having Windows OS installed as a dedicated operating system.
There is a problem sending file. The Internet connection is good. After 1 million attempts and today is deadline, still getting the tax return not submitted due to no Internet connection or slow Internet connection, overly restrictive firewall. This only happens lately so it seems something wrong with BIR server. Please fix asap.

Since this is a governmental application, the only ones who can provide support and status information are the developers from there the eBIRForms is listed for download.
I suggest reaching the developers and using their contact methods to get an overview about the current situation with the connectivity and servers, but before you do that make sure to add the program to exclusions and disable any programs that have to do with proxies. Check the Internet Options as well and disable any proxy setting that you might have set up. eBIRForms probably doesn't have support for this.
Can someone help me with my problem? I already installed eBIRforms6.3 version in my pc but why I can't open it.

I've installed the software on Windows 10 x64 and it works just fine. There were no errors or something related. Always make sure that you have the latest version of Net Framework installed on your PC as well as the latest Visual C++ Runtimes.
These can be acquired through the application pages on the Software Informer or from their official websites.
When I install the eBIRForms 6.2 offline in Windows 10 64bit, I can't open but the other Windows 10 64bit run it normally. What can I do?

You can't run the application because the version of your Windows has the Creators Update installed. Many users reported that their applications stopped working the minute Creators Update was installed.
If you installed the update recently, then you can go back to a previous version using Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Go back.
Additionally, you will have to wait for a new update for the eBIRForms application.
Apparently, I can't submit my 2551M form because a script error kept prompting:

There is an issue with the Javascript provided by the developers of the eBIRForms. I recommend reinstalling the Java Runtime on your PC and then repeat the sending procedure. If I am correct, the software should work now. Also, run the software as Administrator because it will give eBIRForms complete access to system resources. This is mandatory when you want to avoid as many errors as possible.
When I try to print out after validating and saving, my printer doesn't react and won't print it. It was okay before, I don't know what happened. I checked everything already. My printer works well when I print other online and offline documents. Please help. I already called BIR but all they can say is it's with my PC setting and they cannot tell me exactly what to do. Thanks.

Based on what you've just said, the printer might have issues with the drivers or the Print Spooler is stuck. I recommend reinstalling the drivers for your printer and reset the Print Spooler service as well.
Driver installation should be pretty obvious. Insert the CD then follow its instructions, but after you've uninstalled it first. Then go to Start > Run > services.msc. Locate the Print Spooler in the list, right click it and choose Reset. After this procedure, restart your PC and launch eBIRForms again.
When I print the BIR form I need, the right part of the page is not included in the print-out leaving a blank space. For example, for 1601 E form, in the print-out you cannot see the "601-E", the print-out is up to "1" only. It goes blank from top to the bottom part of the right part of the form. So the 'Tax Required to be Withheld' does not appear in the print-out.

When you select the Print feature, a new window will appear from where you can go to Print Preferences. In that window you have the possibility to adjust margins, layout, and paper format. Make sure that you're using the correct paper format and the correct layout settings. There are options that allow you to select Fit to Page which automatically takes your content and shrinks it or enlarges it based on your preferences to fit on a page.
