I think version 5.1 to 6.0 is trying to access a particular FTP server of BIR since it uses CFTP on its application with particular username/password set by the app. Their server may be down and can't be accessed. Version 5 however, still uses our own username and password on BIR's server.
I have no problem from Month of January to March 2016. But for April 2016, it says: "the system detected that you have no internet connection. Please contact your internet service provider" inspite of having a good Internet connection.

How will I know if I have submitted the form successfully online after clicking "Final Copy" Button? There's a Dialog Box that appeared that says it will be sent on line provided that i have internet and valid e-mail address in the form, after clicking Yes nothing happened. Is it OK? There's also no email confirmation. Please advise. Thank you
